What is the cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens! If you have an emergency, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you on a future retreat. You can also transfer your spot or retreat credit to a friend.
What is included?
Your retreat package includes:
+ 5 nights of luxury accommodation
+ Airport transfers
+ All-inclusive meals
+ All scheduled retreat activities
+ A thoughtfully curated goodie bag
Not included: Flights and optional extras such as massages or desert excursions.
Is there a flexible payment plan?
Yes! We want to make this retreat as accessible as possible, so we offer multiple payment plan options. Check out our pricing options for more details.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Most of our guests join solo, and we encourage it. Vida Retreats is all about connection and personal growth—you’ll leave with meaningful friendships and unforgettable memories. Of course, friends are welcome too!
What fitness level is required?
Our retreat is designed for all fitness levels! Vida Retreats is all about inclusivity—our experienced hosts will tailor activities to suit your current lifestyle and goals, ensuring you feel comfortable and empowered throughout.
Can my dietary requirements be met?
Absolutely! Villa Dinari caters to a variety of dietary requirements, including (but not limited to) vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. Simply let us know your preferences and any allergies when you complete your registration form so we can ensure our chefs are prepared.
What should I bring?
Pack light and smart! Here’s what you’ll need:
+ Comfortable fitness/exercise attire
+ Casual evening wear for dinners
+ Swimwear
+ A refillable water bottle
+ A positive attitude!
You’ll also have plenty of downtime, so feel free to bring your favourite book, journal, or anything else that helps you personally unwind.
